Self Directed IRA Pays Off Bank Loan- With Benefits

Electrical contractor needed to refinance his office/warehouse building and get better returns on his IRA.  We converted his IRA to a self-directed IRA and he paid off his current building loan.  Now he pays himself back and the interest goes back to him, not a bank, and is tax deferred. Learn more about Self Directed IRA's HERE

I refinanced the loan on my business property with a loan from my own IRA.  I had no idea I could do that!  Now I make monthly payments to my new tax-deferred self directed IRA.  I keep the interest, not Union Bank.  I am thrilled.
